Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office seeks the public’s help locating wanted Grays Hill man

BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) - The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help searching for Oliver Shamane Donaldson, Jr., 45, of Grays Hill, who is wanted for attempted murder and additional charges in connection with a shooting that happened early in the morning on January 31, 2026.

The incident took place at a residence on Conestoga Loop in Grays Hill, where one woman was injured.

Donaldson is described as:

  • 5 feet 7 inches tall
  • Approximately 170 pounds
  • armed and dangerous

Earlier Tuesday, May 5, 2026, deputies attempted to execute both an arrest warrant and a search warrant at Donaldson’s residence. While he was not located at the time, the search warrant for evidence was successfully completed. He remains at large.
