Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office seeks help identifying suspects in 9-home burglary spree

BEAUFORT COUNTY, S.C. (WTOC) - The Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help to identify suspects after nine burglaries occurred across three days.

At least nine homes were broken into from Lady’s Island to St. Helena Island between Jan. 31 and Feb. 2, according to the sheriff’s office.

In each burglary, suspects caused property damage and stole items including liquor, power tools, guns and other valuables.

Surveillance footage captured images of the suspects. Investigators are asking for the public’s help to identify them.

Residents in impacted areas are being asked to review home surveillance footage for suspicious activity.
