Animals flood Forsyth Park for this year’s ‘Doggie Carnival’
SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) - The 24th Annual Humane Society for Greater Savannah (HSGS) Doggie Carnival returned to Forsyth Park on Sunday, May 3.
It brought thousands of dog lovers together for an afternoon of carnival-themed fun, community spirit and four-legged entertainment.
