1 person dead after shooting on Orchard Road in Hampton Co.
HAMPTON COUNTY, SC. (WTOC) - One person is dead after a shooting in the Lowcountry.
According to the Hampton County Sheriff’s Office social media page, a large law enforcement presence was out on Orchard Road, in the Luray area, Saturday morning due to a shooting incident.
Officials say one person has been confirmed dead.
Deputies say this appears to be an isolated incident and there is no known threat to the public.
