COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Polls are now closed as South Carolina takes a major step toward electing its first new United States Senator in over a decade.
Sen. Darline Graham and Rep. Ralph Norman will now head to a runoff on Aug. 25. The winner of that race will face Democratic nominee Dr. Annie Andrews in November’s general election.
